"Hello, I'm Amber!
In January of 2018 I started this business with no clue if it would even take off or not. I had a passion for weddings, and I spent that first year saying YES to everything, with no real plan or concrete salon home. I traveled everywhere. am the owner of HONEY hair and beauty weddings. Previously, of the salon and spa as well. In October of 2024, my best friend Chelsea took over the salon! 9+ years ago I started my journey in the salon industry, realizing I had a passion for doing hair and making every guest in my chair feel beautiful. Starting this company, I was able to really focus my energy to weddings and all things bridal. I am the bridal coordinator who will be with you through all the important steps of your wedding with us. Your wedding day is truly one of the most memorable days of your life and it is an honor for me to be a part of such a special moment. On the salon side of things, I’m also a blonding and balayage specialist and love creating with color to make you feel and look your best. "Hi there!! My name is Chelsea O'Brien and I've been doing hair for 15 years. The reward of having someone feeling and looking amazing is what drives me and I've had the amazing opportunity to travel the country and learn from talented people the industry. I finally planted my roots in Western Mass where met Amber and my passion for updos morphed into a beautiful opportunity. I now can channel my creativity into making brides and their family feel special and comfortable on one of their most special days of their life . I'm so honored and blessed to be a part of HONEY with the rest of the talented team and one of my best friends."

SALON POLICIES
If a client is 30+ minutes late to an appointment, the client will need to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A credit card will be required to book all services in order to secure your appointment time at Honey Hair & Beauty. Please note: YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY RULES.
We require 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Thank you for respecting the time of our Hive team and clients on our wait list. We can’t wait to see you!!!
