QUESTIONS... you may be thinking about!

Do you have a service minimum that must be reached to book with your team?

Yes- we do. We require that hair services must reach $850 to book a hairstylist and $850 to book a makeup artist. The travel fee, bridal trial, or other salon services are not included in this minimum. (Additional stylists/artists must reach $600 each.)

 

Do you travel to our venue?

Our team can travel to your venue, hotel, home or whatever location you choose to get ready in. 

 

Do you charge a travel fee?

If your location is within a 20 mile radius of our salon in Westfield, we do not charge a travel fee. Any locations beyond this distance are subject to a fee depending on the milage. 

 

How many stylists will be working with my wedding party?

 For any parties of 9 or more, additional stylists can be requested. If the party is less than 9 people and you would like to request additional stylists, we may be able to add on assistance, provided that there are more stylists available. If there are changes to your group size or time constraints that arise with late notice, you are not guaranteed to have additional stylists available to assist. Additionally, if you choose to add on extra stylists, you must reach or pay the minimum requirement of $600 for each additional stylist/artist.

How long does everyone’s services take?

Each service takes approximately 45 mins per person, with two people receiving services at once, plus additional time for set up, break down, and touch ups. An exact schedule will be drafted after your trial. 

 

How do we pay for services? Can we pay separately the day of the wedding?

Once all services are finalized, we send out a breakdown of everyone’s charges per person. However, we collect the remaining balance as one lump sum before the day of the wedding. We do not take individual payments and any arrangements for payment can be made between members of the party. 

  • Final headcount for those receiving hair and makeup services is due 14 days prior to event date. 

  • Final Payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

What is the process of booking a wedding with your team?

To officially put a hold on your date we require a deposit of $100 and a signature on our preliminary contract. Your deposit is non-refundable but applies towards your final balance. 

 

Do you recommend booking a trial? How much are they and when should I book?

Yes- absolutely! We love to meet you at your bridal trial and go over your vision for your big day. The cost of the trial is $200 dollars ($100 for makeup & $100 for hair) and we recommend booking the trial 3-4 months before the wedding. This way, all of your details are finalized and your vision is fresh in the minds of your stylists. 

 

Can I have a trial before I pay the deposit?

Although we don’t recommend this, we do understand that it works best for some people. If you wish to have your trial first to see if we are a good fit, it must be within a month of inquiring about the date for us to hold the date temporarily. You can not hold the date for more than 4 weeks without a deposit. You can not hold the date for more than a week without a deposit or booking a trial. 

 

Can my family members come to the trial or book one also?

Bring anyone you would like to the trial! And yes, if they would like a trial as well we are happy to book one at the same cost if we have availability.

Does the deposit cover the cost of the trial? Or can the trial cost be factored into our wedding service total?

No- the bridal trial is a separate salon service and the deposit can not be used towards your appointment. It is also not included in your day-of services and is not a factor when trying to reach our minimum. 

 

How should we prepare for the trial and wedding day services?

We ask that everyone have clean, dry hair and no makeup on unless otherwise noted.

WEDDING DAY LOGISTICS

  1. On the wedding day, the hair and makeup will be done following a schedule. 

  2. Every person getting their hair done must have their hair already washed and DRIED, unless otherwise stated. The stylist will not be able to allow time for this. If such a case arises, the stylist will charge extra to blow dry (if time permits) or the service will be forfeited and the charge will still apply. 

  3. All persons receiving makeup services must arrive on-site with a face free from all makeup with the exception of a moisturizer.  

  4. The Bride must confirm and commit to the number of services stated. Charges will include all people stated. 

  5. The stylist needs a designated space to set up when on location. The bride is responsible for clearing an area before the stylist arrives. The stylist and makeup artist will both need a work area with a surface and chair near an outlet in a no walk-through traffic area. 

  6. There must be access to a restroom with running water.  If services cannot be performed due to insufficient work conditions or tardiness, all fees still apply. 

  7. The hair stylist and/or makeup artist will not be held liable for any accident or injuries that should arise while on location.

 

 

 

ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH US

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $100 is due to hold your wedding day. The deposit is non refundable.  

TRIAL: A trial run is recommended for the bride. This needs to be booked at least 30 days prior to the wedding day. Service fees apply and must be paid by the day of the trial.  This is non-refundable.

PAYMENT: The bride agrees to pay in full 7 days prior to the wedding date by electronic invoice. The original deposit will be applied to the total cost.  The total amount due is based on the wedding day services requested and agreed upon. The total fee is due as described, regardless of internal arrangements between the bride and the others receiving services. All internal arrangements must be made prior to the wedding date and the balance must be collected as one lump sum.                               

ADDITIONAL STYLISTS: For any parties of 9 or more, additional stylists can be requested. If the party is less than 9 people and you would like to request additional stylists, we may be able to add on assistance, provided that there are more stylists available. If there are changes to your group size or time constraints that arise with late notice, you are not guaranteed to have additional stylists available to assist. TRAVEL: There is no charge within 20 miles of salon location in Westfield, MA. Once we know your location we will quote you based on the distance. The bride will be responsible for parking fees the stylist must pay at the wedding location. 

 

EMERGENCIES

Should the stylist have a personal emergency that prevents them from performing services as agreed, all efforts will be made so that a replacement stylist will be present to perform the contracted services. Should an emergency occur so last minute that no stylist can be made available, all fees will be refunded.
