If a client is 30+ minutes late to an appointment, the client will need to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A credit card will be required to book all services in order to secure your appointment time at Honey Hair & Beauty. Please note: YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY RULES.
We require 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. No Show Policy
In the instance that you no call/no show, you will be charged for your service in full. .Thank you for respecting the time of our Hive team and clients on our wait list!
